Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our investor acquisition team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, qualifying investment opportunities and presenting our exclusive private club to potential investors. You will work closely with the investor relations and marketing team to generate a solid portfolio of high-level investors.
Prospecting and searching for new leads: You will use tools like LinkedIn, databases, and other lead generation platforms to identify potential investors (HNWI, family offices, high-profit companies).
Opportunity generation: You will manage and qualify new leads through direct contact (calls, emails and LinkedIn).
Club and project presentation: You will make presentation calls about investment projects and the differential value of our private club.
Lead qualification: You will evaluate the profile of investors through conversations and determine if they meet the club requirements (minimum ticket, interests, investment capacity).
Schedule meetings for the Investor Relations team: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the closing team (senior or CIO) to finalize the investment.
Continuous follow-up: You will maintain accurate records of interactions with leads using CRM (HubSpot, etc.) and ensure effective follow-up.
Marketing collaboration: You will work closely with the marketing team to define the best lead acquisition strategies.
Reports and reporting: You will keep superiors informed about performance metrics and acquisition progress.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, financial or investment sector.
Experience in prospecting and lead generation through cold calls, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively present the company and its value propositions to potential investors.
Results-oriented and growth ambition: ability to work autonomously and meet lead acquisition and conversion objectives.
Basic knowledge of the real estate and/or financial sector is valued.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate fluidly with other departments (marketing, operations, finance).

Comprehensive project management: Comprehensive management of distressed projects, coordinating all phases from acquisition to execution, with focus on optimization of time, costs and resources.
Due diligence: Support in technical and legal due diligence processes, ensuring project viability from all angles.
